1. Who we are
Pruvo Net Ltd. is a privately held company and a member of the Web Travel Group. We provide AI-driven solutions to travel companies — bedbanks, OTAs, DMCs and other travel operators — to support sales growth, profit optimization, operational efficiency and content standardization.
Pruvo is the data controller for personal data we collect on this website and from our partners' business contacts. When we process personal data inside customer accounts on behalf of a B2B customer, we act as a processor.
2. What we collect
We try to collect only what we need to run the business and provide our services.
Business contact data
- Name, work email, job title, company name and country
- Information you give us through demo requests, contact forms and partner communications
Account data (for B2B partners)
- Login credentials, role and permission information
- Activity logs in the Pruvo platform (sign-ins, configuration changes, exports)
Technical data
- IP address, device, browser and operating system information
- Pages visited, referring URLs and approximate location (derived from IP)
Reservation data (processed on behalf of partners)
- Booking references, hotel, rate, room type and stay dates
- Pricing, currency and supplier identifiers
We do not collect government-issued identifiers, payment card numbers, or sensitive categories of personal data (e.g. health, religion, political opinion).
3. How we use it
- To deliver our B2B services and the features partners have enabled
- To respond to demo requests and partner enquiries
- To monitor, secure, debug and improve the platform
- To send service updates and (with consent) marketing communications
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting and audit obligations
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
Where GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following bases:
- Contract — to provide partners with the services they have engaged us to deliver
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure and improve our business, balanced against your rights
- Consent — for marketing emails and optional cookies, where required
- Legal obligation — to comply with tax, audit and other laws applicable to us
5. Sharing & processors
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers — cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support tools — bound by contractual data protection obligations
- Web Travel Group affiliates — for limited shared services and reporting
- Authorities — when required by law, court order or to protect lawful rights
- Buyers or successors — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets
6. Cookies & similar tech
We use essential cookies to run the site and our authenticated services. We use analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent.
You can manage your preferences any time via the Cookie Settings link in the footer.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out above and for the periods required by law. Business contact and account data are typically retained for the duration of the partner relationship plus a reasonable archival period.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port, restrict, object to or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, email privacy@pruvo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
9. International transfers
Pruvo and its service providers operate from multiple regions. When personal data leaves the EEA/UK, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
10. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging and regular security reviews. To report a vulnerability, see our security disclosure page.
11. Children
Pruvo's services are B2B and not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
